Released on Avatar Records, In Deux Time is a winning combination of raw emotion and skilled lyrical flows. Rhyming separately since their teens and collectively for the past three years, Chief Nek and Vise Versa are on a mission to bring back a sense of accountability that is missing in much of today's music. The gentlemen of Deux Process want to "bridge the gap" between generations of music enthusiasts through their love and respect for Hiphop. Prior to moving to Los Angeles in the spring of 2003 to help further their careers, Deux Process spent their time trying to develop a Hiphop scene in Colorado Springs . However, due to lack of venues and support, the group had to set out to create more opportunities for themselves. An example of Deux Process' trailblazing spirit is the original independent release of their single, "The Process”. While still in Colorado, Vise and Chief pressed up the 12” on their own, without being signed to a label. “The Process” 12” peaked on the Global Record Pool charts, and was the only independent non-major label release 12” on the charts.

Since coming to L.A. , Deux Process have performed on the world famous Wake Up Show with Sway and Tech, and have had their single “Everyday” featured on a Myspace.com compilation released Summer 2004. Film credits can be also added to their list of accomplishments. The title track, “The Process”, was included on the film American Gun's soundtrack. Deux Process acknowledges that their journey to this point has happened somewhat quickly, but also find that when speaking to other artists they are better equipped with the tools needed to ensure success in the ever evolving music business.
