Truth & Soul presents two previously unreleased songs by El Michels Affair.  Side A is an alternate mix of the song Musings to Myself, off the Sounding Out The City LP. After Ghostface sampled the original for his "Shakey Dog," Truth & Soul decided to release an alternate mix with drums heavier in the mix.  Side B, "Spread Your Soul," is an unreleased song that pays tribute to artists such as Little Beaver and Timmy Thomas with their use of the Rhythm Ace Drum Machine.
